Amazon should have sent you an email regarding this issue; we apologize if that didn't happen. Your Mini just needs to download and apply our latest app updates, which make using XOGO even better and faster.

Please ignore the message and don’t restart as instructed. Make sure that your Mini has an Internet connection (plug in an ethernet cable if it's not already connected via WiFi).  After several minutes the error message will turn into a logo screen. Please let the logo sit on the screen for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes on the logo screen you can safely restart the device and set up XOGO as per the normal instructions at  You will never need to run the update again!

If your device was restarted too many times already, we will need to do a factory reset. Please follow the instructions above and let us know how it goes. If necessary we will send you instructions on how to do a factory reset.
