The new iOS version of XOGO Manager supports a feature called URL-as-asset which the other versions do not have (yet).  It's used to quickly drop a webpage or dynamic content feed into your XOGO playlist without having to create and upload an html file like you do in the other versions.  Pretty soon this feature will be standard across all three versions of XOGO Manager.

In the meantime, if you delete any URL-as-asset content that you have uploaded via iOS, you'll be able to see all of your content, playlists and players in the other (Windows 10 and Android) versions again.
