The XOGO Mini 2 supports audio out. However, there are a couple of important factors.

Only audio over HDMI is supported. Audio out over the 3.5mm audio jack is currently not supported. To take advantage of audio over HDMI be sure to use the HDMI port closest to the Mini's power cord.

If you must use the 3.5mm audio jack there are many low-cost solutions that allow you to split/extract audio from HDMI. Please search Amazon using the following terms:
