Once you have downloaded our <a href="https://www.xogo.io/downloads" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">player</a>, setting up XOGO is a simple three-step process. Use the XOGO <a href="https://manager.xogo.io/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Manager</a> website to upload your content, create a playlist, and then add one or more players (each has a unique PIN code).

XOGO provides free ticket-based technical support to all users. If your issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours, you may request escalation to a phone support session at no additional charge.
