Yes, you can upgrade your XOGO Mini 2 to XOGO Mini 2b. Both devices are based on the same RPi4 single board design.
Important Note: While both devices automatically upgrade within their respective versions, upgrading from Mini 2 to Mini 2b firmware requires an SD card flash.
Upgrade Steps:
Delete the player from XOGO Manager (remember the player's name and assigned playlist for later)
Remove the SD card from the device - Watch video tutorial
Download Balena Etcher from https://www.balena.io/etcher/
Download the latest XOGO Mini 2b Firmware from https://bit.ly/xogomini2b
Unzip the firmware and use Etcher to burn the image onto the SD card (requires an SD card reader)
Reinsert the SD card into the XOGO Mini and power on (first boot takes longer than usual)
Rejoin the XOGO Mini to your account by following the on-screen instructions
Reassign the playlist
