Welcome! We're excited to help you get started with XOGO, the easiest digital signage platform on the planet. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to transform your screens into dynamic digital displays in just minutes.
What You'll Need to Get Started
Essential Hardware
A Display Screen - Any modern TV or monitor with an HDMI port
A Media Player - Choose one of these options:
XOGO Mini Max (recommended): Purpose-built device, $69.99, plays 4K content, includes remote control and international power supply
Your existing device: Windows PC, Android device, Amazon Fire Stick, Smart TV, Chromebook, or even a web browser
Internet Connection - WiFi or Ethernet for cloud connectivity

XOGO Player App - The software that displays your content (free download)
XOGO Manager - Your control center for uploading content and managing displays (manager.xogo.io)

Getting Set Up: Three Simple Steps
Step 1: Connect Your Display Device
Plug your media player (XOGO Mini Max or your device) into your TV/monitor via HDMI
Connect to your internet (Wi-Fi or Ethernet)
Open the XOGO Player app on your device
A PIN code will appear on the screen—keep this handy!
That's it! Your screen is ready to receive content.
Step 2: Set Up XOGO Manager
Login to XOGO Manager on your computer, tablet, or smartphone
Access via web browser at manager.xogo.io
Create your free XOGO account (if you haven't already)
You can upgrade to Pro later for additional features and multiple screens
Step 3: Upload Content and Create Your First Playlist
Add Content to Your Library
Click +Add New in the Library section
Upload your content:
Images: JPEG, PNG files
Videos: MP4 files
Web Content: URLs for websites, social media feeds, news, weather
Widgets: Display time, temperature, and more
Not a designer? No problem! XOGO partners with content providers for beautiful templates and infotainment feeds.
Create a Playlist
Click +Add New in the Playlist section
Select items from your media library
Adjust display duration for each item (how long it shows before rotating)
Drag and drop to rearrange the order
Use Schedule to set specific days/times for content to play
Connect Your Player
Click +Add New in the Players section
Enter the PIN code from your screen
Give your player a name (e.g., "Front Lobby")
Assign the playlist you just created
