What is the difference between XOGO and AppSpace (for Microsoft Teams Rooms)?

In terms of XOGO for MTR, XOGO and AppSpace are the two providers that Microsoft has allowed to integrate directly into MTR for Windows (MTR-Android is on the way later in 2025, we’re told). We have a list of differentiators at that link - XOGO is easier and considerably less expensive, while AppSpace has some non-signage features (i.e. room-booking availability) that certain companies require, but at a higher price point. If you’re just looking for the digital signage portion and don’t need the ancillary stuff, XOGO is the obvious choice. For one annual per-player license you get full access, free tech support, free SSO, free feature updates (lots coming this year including user-rights mgmt.), AppSpace is a quality solution as well, it’s just that they have some bells and whistles that most companies probably don’t need.
