How do I update my billing and/or credit card payment information?

If you need to update your credit card or billing information for your XOGO account, you can do so directly from the XOGO Admin Portal.

 

Update Your Payment Method

Follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your XOGO Admin account at:

    https://admin.xogo.io

  2. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to:

    Account → Billing

  3. Click Update Billing.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your new credit cardpayment, or billing details.

  5. Save and confirm the changes.

 

Your new payment method will be applied immediately for future billing cycles.
 

Coming Soon: Update Billing via manager.xogo.io

We’re working on adding the ability to manage payment methodscredit cards, and billing information directly inside manager.xogo.io.

This will allow you to handle all subscription and billing updates in the same place where you manage devices and signage.

 

We’ll update this article as soon as the new capability is available.
