What if I need to factory reset my XOGO Mini 2 to factory settings?

Our experience and history suggests there is rarely any need to factory reset the XOGO Mini 2. However, if support told you a factory reset is required you typically have 2 choices:

 

First, delete the player you want to factory reset from the XOGO Manager. 

 

Option 1: Simple solution. Plug a USB keyboard into the Mini 2 and press: Ctrl + Shift + C

***PLEASE NOTE***

After re-imaging the SD the first boot can take a good 5-10 minutes. Subsequent boots will be normal.
