Setting up your XOGO account

Setting up your account is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to get started:

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit our website at https://xogo.io.

  2. Click on the "Sign Up" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.

  3. You will be redirected to XOGO Manager.

  4. Fill in the required fields in the registration form, including your name, email address, and desired password.

  5. Review and accept the End User License Agreement(EULA).

  6. Click on the "Register" button to create your account.


    Note : On Sign up, you will be Admin by default for your company. You can invite other people and also handover permissions any time to your team members from the Profile section.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

  1. After signing up, check your email.

    In your email inbox you will find a verification message called "XOGO.io Email Verification". If you can't find it, attempt to send the validation email again from the Profile section of XOGO Manager. If the email is still not received, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.

  2. Open the email and click on the verification link provided.

  3. This will confirm your email address.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

  1. Once your account is activated, log in using your registered email address and password.

  2. If you have not completed verification, you will notice a banner stating 'Kindly validate user email before accessing player'.

  3. Click on Profile icon and select Advanced settings.

  4. Provide any additional information required, such as your title and save.

Note: We currently do not have an option to edit an email address once the account is created. If you have accidentally added an incorrect email address and successfully created a new account, reach out to support team to update the email address. We are working on providing the edit email option soon.
