Unfortunately, there is no direct way to downgrade from XOGO PRO to XOGO FREE. The FREE account is designed to give customers ample time to evaluate XOGO or provide a free option for very small businesses with a single player as they grow. Once you upgrade to PRO, the only way to return to a FREE account is by deleting your PRO account and creating a new FREE account. Please note that this process involves re-uploading all assets and recreating playlists.
Important Considerations Before Downgrading:
Data Loss: Deleting your PRO account will result in the loss of all data, including assets and playlists. You will need to start from scratch with your new FREE account.

If you still wish to proceed, follow these steps to delete your PRO account:
Option 1:
Log in to your XOGO account at https://admin.xogo.io
Navigate to the Account settings
Select the option to delete your account
Confirm the deletion
Option 2:
Log in to your XOGO account at https://manager.xogo.io
Navigate to the Profile > Advanced settings > Handover & Delete
Follow instructions on page and delete your account
After Deletion
After deleting your account, you can sign up for a new FREE account at XOGO Signup.
