How can I upgrade to a PRO XOGO Digital Signage account?

You can upgrade to a Pro account at any time directly from the XOGO Manager app. The app will also prompt you to upgrade automatically when you reach Free plan limits.


When will I be prompted to upgrade?

You’ll see an upgrade prompt if you:

  • Add a second player

  • Upload more than 15 items to your content library

You can also upgrade manually by clicking the “Upgrade to Pro” button in the app.


How to upgrade your account

  1. Open the XOGO Manager(manager.xogo.io).

  2. Click Upgrade to Pro to go to the billing page.

  3. Choose your billing option:

    • Monthly: $20 per month

    • Yearly: $180 per year (save 25%)

  4. Enter a coupon code if you have one.

  5. Select Yes to confirm and proceed.

  6. Enter your credit card information to complete the purchase.

Once the purchase is successful, your new Pro license will appear under:
Profile & Settings → Company → Players.


Upgrading with a reseller license code

If you purchased a license code from a XOGO reseller, you could enter the code during account setup in the XOGO Manager app to activate your Pro license.
