How can I change a monthly XOGO subscription to an annual XOGO subscription?

We currently don't have an automated way to change a subscription from monthly to yearly. Thankfully the process is very easy.

Option 1: Using XOGO Manager

  1. Open the XOGO Manager (manager.xogo.io)

  2. Go to the billing page

  3. Purchase a yearly license: $180 per year (save 25%)

  4. Enter a coupon code if you have one

  5. Select Yes to confirm and proceed

  6. Enter your credit card information to complete the purchase

Once the purchase is successful, your new Pro license will appear under: Profile & Settings → Company → Players.

Option 2: Using Admin Portal

  1. Simply go to https://admin.xogo.io and log in with the same email/password that you use for the XOGO Manager app.

  2. Now, purchase as many annual licenses required.


Assign Annual Licenses to Players:

Next, open the XOGO Manager, click on each of your players in turn, and in the dropdown, menus select the annual licenses that you purchased. See this video: https://youtu.be/xcstEpLxBIw

Cancel Monthly Subscriptions:

Once you are satisfied with the migration - and to avoid being billed for the original monthly subscriptions - go back into https://admin.xogo.io or Licenses page in Manager and cancel the monthly subscriptions that you no longer need.
