You can cancel a player license to prevent it from renewing. Once cancelled, the license will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Method 1: Using XOGO Manager
Log in to XOGO Manager
Navigate to Profile → Advanced Settings → Licenses
Select the license you want to remove
Confirm the license cancellation
Click OK
Method 2: Using Admin Portal
Log in to https://admin.xogo.io using your XOGO Manager credentials
Navigate to Account → Licenses
Locate the license you want to cancel
Click the Cancel button for that license
Select "Yes" to confirm the cancellation
Click OK to finalize
Important Notes:
The license will remain active until the end of the current billing period
After cancellation, the player will stop working when the license expires
You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
Canceled licenses cannot be reactivated - you must purchase a new license if needed
What Happens After Cancellation:
No future charges for this license
Player continues to function until license expiration
Content remains accessible during the active period
Player will go offline after license expires
