Please note: Updating your payment card information within the Billing section will trigger an immediate payment processing attempt and automatic license renewal.
To ensure your subscription expires as intended, do not update or add new payment method details in the system.
License Expiration Process
When no action is taken following a payment failure:
Active Period: Your existing licenses will continue to operate with full functionality through the remainder of your current billing cycle
Automatic Expiration: Upon conclusion of the billing period, all associated licenses will expire without renewal
No Financial Obligation: No charges will be processed
Zero Action Required: The expiration process is fully automated and requires no further intervention
