Our organization can't use a credit card and must use a PO

PO Payment Requirements:

XOGO provides a PO payment process for customers who have a minimum of 10 subscriptions.

Credit Card Alternative:

For customers who no longer qualify for a PO, we added a new feature to add a credit card for renewals and new purchases.

How to Add a Credit Card:

  1. Select Account

  2. Then select Billing

  3. Select "Update Billing & Credit Card Info" to add your credit card

We've recently added the ability to manage payment methods, credit cards, and billing information directly inside XOGO Manager. This will allow account Admin to handle all subscription and billing updates in the same place where you manage devices and signage.

Alternative Option:

If the use of a credit card is not possible for your organization, XOGO Sales can also connect you with one of our Reseller partners.
