I purchased credit via PO or Reseller. Now I'm trying to add players to XOGO Manager, but I don't see any available licenses.

This article explains how to access and utilize purchased credit in your XOGO account through either XOGO Manager or XOGO Admin.

Option 1: Using XOGO Manager

  1. Navigate to https://manager.xogo.io and log in to your account

  2. Click on Profile & Settings from the Profile dashboard

  3. Select the Payment tab under the Billing section

  4. View your purchased credit in the Credit codes section

    • This section displays your available credit amount

    • Shows reseller information


Option 2: Using XOGO Admin

  1. Log in to the admin portal at https://admin.xogo.io

    • Use the same username and password as your XOGO Manager app

  2. Navigate to Account > Billing section

    • You will see your available credit balance displayed

  3. Use your credit to purchase licenses

    • Apply the credit toward buying licenses for your account

    • Once purchased, you can add your players to XOGO Manager
