What should I do if all my licenses are in use, but I need to add more players?

If all your licenses are currently in use and you need to add more players to your XOGO account, there are two main solutions available:

Solution 1: Free Up Existing Licenses

Each active player in XOGO consumes one subscription license. If you no longer need certain players, you can free up their licenses by deleting them. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Players page in XOGO Manager.

  2. Select the player you wish to delete.

  3. Open the options menu and choose Delete.

This action will release the license associated with the deleted player, allowing you to assign it to a new player.

Solution 2: Purchase Additional Licenses

If you need to support additional players and cannot free up existing licenses, you can purchase more licenses through XOGO Manager. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your XOGO Manager account.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Open the Licenses section under Workspace -> Billing.

  4. Click Buy More and select either a Monthly or Annual subscription.

  5. Complete the checkout process to finalize your purchase.

Once the purchase is complete, the additional licenses will be available for use immediately.

  • Regularly review your active players to ensure all licenses are being used efficiently.

  • Consider your future needs when purchasing additional licenses to avoid interruptions in service.
