How can I switch what XOGO Digital Signage subscription is assigned to a player?

While it's not commonly needed, there are specific situations where you may need to switch subscriptions between players.

Common Reasons to Switch Subscriptions:

  1. Accidentally Cancelled Subscription

    • Currently, there is no way to undo a cancelled subscription

    • You must purchase a new subscription and swap it before the original expires.

  2. Migrating from Monthly to Yearly Subscription

    • Switch to save money with annual billing

    • Remember to cancel unwanted monthly subscriptions after migration

  • When migrating to yearly subscriptions: Be sure to cancel any unwanted monthly subscriptions to avoid duplicate charges
