1. Resolution Too High Perhaps your player only supports 1080p but you are running a 4K image or video
2. Content Hidden The image or video was accidentally (or intentionally) hidden in your playlist
3. Scheduling Issue In the playlist schedule, the image or video is not scheduled to play
