How do I generate my own receipt for a XOGO subscription?

Option 1: Using Admin Portal

To create your own receipt, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://admin.xogo.io and log in with the same credentials you use for XOGO Manager

  2. On the left side of the screen, click on the "Account" section

  3. Next, click on the "Billing" section

  4. Scroll down to the "Transaction History" section to find the receipt you are looking for

  5. Click the download button on the desired "receipt"

Option 2: Using XOGO Manager

Billing and transaction history are now available directly within XOGO Manager for your convenience. You can view and download your subscription receipts by following the steps below.

Steps to Download a Subscription Receipt:

  1. Log in to XOGO Manager at manager.xogo.io

  2. Go to Profile → Advanced Settings

  3. Navigate to the Billing section

  4. Review your subscription details

  5. Scroll down to the Transaction History section

  6. Click the Download icon next to the transaction to download the invoice
