As an admin, you can transfer administrative rights to any existing user in your account.
Prerequisites:
Before transferring admin rights, ensure the user is already added to your account. If you need to add a new user first, see [this article].
Method 1: Using XOGO Manager
Log in to XOGO Manager (https://manager.xogo.io)
Navigate to Profile & Settings → Account → Handover & Delete
Under "Administrative Handover," search for the user you want to transfer rights to
Click Find
Once you locate the correct user, click Confirm Handover
A confirmation message "Handover complete" will display
You will be logged out of your account
The selected user is now the new admin
Method 2: Using XOGO Admin Portal
Log in to https://admin.xogo.io using your XOGO Manager credentials
Click on the Account tab
Select Administrator Handover
Follow the on-screen instructions
Type the email address of the user you want to transfer admin rights to
Click Find
The user's name will appear
Click the Handover button
Confirm by clicking OK
A confirmation message "Handover complete" will display
You will be logged out of your account
The selected user is now the new admin
Important Notes:
You will lose admin access immediately after the handover
The new admin will have full administrative privileges
Only existing users can receive admin rights
You must be logged in as the current admin to perform this action
