XOGO Advanced Scheduling is available on the new Web Manager application.
What is Advanced Scheduling?
Advanced Scheduling allows you to control when specific items within a playlist are allowed to play. You can set precise days and times for each piece of content to display.
How to Access Advanced Scheduling:
Open XOGO Manager (Web Manager application)
Click inside any playlist
Click on the blue "Schedule" button
Set the days and times for each item to display
Common Use Cases:
Restaurants: Display breakfast menu until noon, lunch menu until 6pm, then dinner menu
Retail: Show different promotions during specific hours or days
Corporate: Display different content for employees vs. visitors during business hours
Educational: Schedule content based on class times or events
Key Features:
Schedule content by specific days of the week
Set exact start and end times for content
Visual indicators show scheduling gaps in your playlist
Important Notes:
Scheduling gaps are indicated by a triangular alert icon on the playlist
At least some content must be scheduled to play at all times to avoid "no visible assets" errors
Changes to schedules sync automatically to your players
